研究方向及成果
从事非制冷红外焦平面探测及微纳传感器技术及其CAD技术科学研究。
获得省科技进步二等奖一项,2022年以来一作及通信Laser Photonics Rev、ADVANCED FUNCTIONAL MATERIALS、Advanced Optical Materials等SCI收录论文十余篇,高被引1篇,授权专利7项(1S)。
